Gold One Mile ("the App") is a personal running tracker developed by Crazyfish. This privacy policy explains what data the App accesses, collects, and how it is handled.
1. Data We Collect
The App collects the following data to provide its core running-tracking functionality:
Health & Fitness Data:
-
Running distance (in miles)
-
Workout duration (start and end times)
-
Running pace (minutes per mile)
Location Data:

Location data is used solely to calculate your running distance and display your route on a map.
Crash & Analytics Data (via Firebase):
-
App crash reports are sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs.
-
Anonymous app usage analytics are sent to Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used.
2. How We Use Your Data
-
Health & Fitness Data and Location Data are used exclusively to track your running workouts, calculate distance and pace, and display your route on a map.
-
Crash data is used to identify and fix app errors.
-
Analytics data is used to understand general app usage patterns.
-
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.
3. Data Storage and Retention
All workout data (distance, duration, pace, and GPS coordinates) is stored locally on your device. This data is never uploaded to any server. Workout records are retained on your device indefinitely until you delete them. You can delete individual workout records at any time by swiping to delete within the App. All local data is permanently deleted if you uninstall the App or clear the App's data through your device settings. Crash reports and analytics data sent to Firebase are retained according to Google Firebase's data retention policies.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Crash reports and anonymous analytics are shared with Google Firebase solely for the purposes described above. Map data is processed by Google Maps to display your running routes.

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
-
Google Firebase (Crashlytics & Analytics)

Google Play Services (Location)
6. Your Choices

You can delete any workout record at any time within the App.
-
You can uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
